Sibling restaurant Los Mochis has already gained a reputation for top-class mezcal cocktails — we recently named it as one of the best places in London to drink the Mexican spirit.
Los Mochis brings a Mexican heart with a Japanese twist, celebrating the vibrancy of Baja flavours while showcasing the precision of Asian techniques. Tacos remain at the centre of the menu... The Notting Hill flagship combines bold artwork and intimate corners, while the vast Liverpool Street opening has added rooftop views, multiple bars and private dining rooms.

A Liverpool Street outpost of Notting Hill’s Mexican/Japanese mashup (USP: “Tokyo meets Tulum”) bringing a sushi bar, robata grill and fine and rare Tequilas and mezcals to the ninth-floor rooftop of Broadgate Circle, plus a 3am licence.

the space joins sister lounge Los Mochis in delivering Baja-Nihonia energy through all elements, including cocktail, design, and bar bites. Taking a cue from sister restaurant Los Mochis, the ‘bar snacks,’ uses seasonal, sustainable products and includes amongst others a trio of crispy rices topped with the likes of spicy salmon, guacamole & fresh truffle, and habanero teriyaki duck; a range of kushiyaki’s, a delectable wagyu sando as well as a chef’s selection of sashimi.

This Mexican-Japanese fusion restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill boasts an impressive collection of fine and rare tequilas, which are whizzed up into cocktails aplenty. Its Tommy Margaritas are some of the most popular margaritas in London, with the team mixing up around 200 a day, using a mix of Tequila Altos reposado, organic agave nectar, cold pressed lime juice and a Mexican-Japanese spice mix. There’s also a spicy jalapeño version made with Tequila Altos blanco and reposado, cucumber-coriander cordial and jalapeño infused organic agave; or a shiso-infused alternative, which adds a mango passion fruit wine into the mix. Enjoy alongside small plates amid cool, low-lit interiors.
