This fun speakeasy is The Breakfast Club’s underground cocktail bar. With themed cocktails and a funky interior, it’s the perfect setting for group drinks. PS: you can only enter through the secret door by saying “I’m here to get lucky…”

Located at Southwark Street, Call Me Mr. Lucky is quite a small establishment. But it is an exciting and fun-filled place, perfect for parties, dates, get-togethers, or just for hanging out with your friends. You actually need to tell the staff that you are “feeling lucky” to get entry into the bar. After going through a basement, you will arrive at a barely-lit and ‘cool & hip’ bar. Their cocktail menu is wonderful and attractive, you will find the traditional drinks, as well as the special ones here. The food is quite great as well. Its beers, whiskies, wines, burgers, tacos, and juices are deliciously prepared.

There’s never been a restaurant in London where (in exchange for delivering a secret phrase) you can expect to be led through a locked door, taken underground through a bustling kitchen Goodfellas-style, and then let loose inside a hidden dive bar shrouded in mystery. And tequila. ... Inside the music’s loud, the lighting’s low, the drinks are strong… and there’s a makeshift Wheel Of Fortune on the wall which – when someone spins the arrow to land in the right place – wins a round of shots for everyone else in the bar.

You’ll find Call Me Mr Lucky hidden underneath the Breakfast Club in Southwark, but first you’ll need tell the staff you’re ‘here to get lucky’ before being whisked Goodfellas style through the kitchens, and a few corridors into one of the best tequila bars in London. The cocktails come mostly laced with the cactus-hooch, they’re very good, and they’re very cheap.
