With its surrealist interiors and foliage-bedecked courtyard, The Mandrake is one of London’s prettiest hotels. But it’s also known for its impressive food and drink offering, which draws on South American cuisine. To mark National Margarita Day, the hotel is launching Margarita Month: four weeks of special cocktails in the YOPO Mezcal & Taco Bar, created in partnership with Patrón Tequila. The Himalaya, for instance, is made of Patrón Silver, bergamot juice and rose syrup, while the Sea of Light is a cardamom-infused drink which features Patrón Reposado, orange liqueur and agave water. Pair with dishes like sweet potato tostadas and grilled octopus tacos.
