A new rooftop venue specialising in tequila has recently opened in central London. Miradora, the city’s first rooftop tequileria, launches on the 10th floor of the Assembly Hotel, Charing Cross Road. The new project aims to bring a dedicated Mexican-inspired bar and dining experience to the heart of Theatreland, offering panoramic views of London landmarks including The Shard, Nelson’s Column, and the London Eye. The venue will feature a menu of 101 tequilas, alongside mezcals and tequila-based cocktails. Drinks entail classic styles such as blancos and añejos, as well as small-batch and flavoured infusions. Miradora’s interior design incorporates modern Mexican influences, including a graffiti mural by artist and musician Sam Sure, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city.
